Abstract: This study explores strategies for promoting creativity and imagination in early childhood education (ECE) settings in Nigeria. The objectives are to identify effective pedagogical approaches, assess their impact on creative development and cognitive skills, and propose guidelines for integrating creativity-enhancing activities into ECE curricula. Using a qualitative survey research design, this study justifies its approach by gathering insights from educators, child psychologists, and curriculum specialists through interviews and focus groups. A purposive sample size of 200 participants ensures representation from diverse educational backgrounds and geographic regions across Nigeria. Ondo State is selected as the case study location, known for its cultural richness and commitment to innovative educational practices. The reliability coefficient score will ensure rigor and consistency in qualitative data analysis. Findings are expected to inform curriculum design and teacher training programs that foster creativity and imagination among young learners, promoting holistic development in Nigerian ECE settings.
